Pure Barre technique is a total body workout that burns fat and produces lifted seats, toned arms, thin thighs, and flat abs by fusing elements of ballet, pilates, and weights in a 55 minute intense session.

Pure Barre is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body. The technique focuses on the areas of the body women struggle with most: thighs, seat, abs, and back of the arms. Pure Barre creates the long, lean muscles of a dancer through isometric movements centered around a ballet barre. In just 10 music motivated classes, students see results and burn fat in record breaking time!
