Make plans to join us on Sunday, December 10th from 3-6 p.m. and come celebrate the Holiday season in Five Points with horse-drawn carriage rides from Camden Carriage Company, caroling with USC’s Cockapella, photos with Santa by Jessica Hunt Photography, sidewalk sales, a hot chocolate bar at the fountain and more!\n EVENT WEBSITE  \n\nSUPPORT LOCAL STUDENTS THROUGH EMS CLOSET\nThe Five Points Association is so excited to be working with EMS Closet to collect clothing and other necessities for local students. Here is some more information about who EMS closet is and what they provide.\n“Our Founder Tommie Wingate started EMS Closet in 2019 and originally operated out of her garage. After the pandemic she decided to incorporate and officially become a nonprofit. Our mission is to provide children in grades K-12 with the everyday essentials they need to flourish and thrive in their everyday lives. We focus on giving clothing to those students in Richland School Districts One and Two who do not have access to school clothes, for whatever reason.\nIn the 2022-2023 school year, we provided necessary clothing to 606 students. Since the beginning of this school year, we have served 349 students. We’ve served a total of 60 schools; 35 Richland One Schools and 25 Richland Two Schools, and primarily elementary students.”\nWhile at FA LA LA LA LA LA in Five Points, help us spread the holiday spirit by donating NEW winter clothing, underwear, socks, and toiletries. As well as gently used, shoes, backpacks, books, and stuffed animals!\n VISIT EMS CLOSET  \n
