Columbia, S.C. — The Five Points Association is pleased to announce the addition of Cecelia “Cece” Stucker as its new Beautification Manager. A Columbia native and Dreher High School graduate, Cece brings a unique blend of global experience and local passion to the role.
Cece studied at the University of South Carolina, NYU, and the International Center for the Arts in Umbria before earning her MBA from Sotheby’s Institute in New York. She spent the early part of her career curating exhibitions and cultural programs across Europe, Asia, West Africa, and the U.S., with a focus on community-driven, environmentally conscious initiatives.
After returning to South Carolina in 2020, she launched a regenerative landscape and container design business and directed the Living Wright Foundation’s community farm. Her work continues to reflect a deep commitment to sustainability and placemaking.
In her new role, Cece will lead new beautification efforts and oversee the Clean & Safe Team throughout the Five Points district.
“We are thrilled to welcome Cece to the team,” said Heather McDonald, Executive Director of the Five Points Association. “Her creativity, leadership experience, and thoughtful approach to public space will be an incredible asset for our district’s beautification, visual appeal and visitor experience.”
“Growing up in Five Points, it’s wonderful to come full circle as a neighbor again,” said Stucker, “as well as join a vibrant team dedicated to making the district even more beautiful and enjoyable for our community.”
